Last Friday, parishioners gathered to pray a rosary to the Blessed Virgin Mary, praying for peace throughout the world. Our diverse community, comprising Spanish, English, Tongan, and Hmong members, united in prayer.

As we approach the holy season of Advent and leading up to the Birth of Christ, we are in need of volunteers to prepare the church with appropriate decorations. ............ Elizabeth Montoya is willing to work and train volunteers. It is hoped that someone from each of our communities’ will be part of this team and be able to share the work. .................If interested, please call the rectory office @ 916-456-7206.

Our church has new signs in front. Our neighbor’s company, WeidnerCA, created these for us.

No parking is allowed along 14th avenue in front of the church/hall/school. The City will issue tickets of $50 for cars blocking driveways and $40 tickets for parking in a “No Parking” zone. Vehicles preventing residents from exiting their driveways will be towed. Please use one of our three parking lots when attending mass or other Parish events.
